A “New Woman” has found a new use for photography. She took a snaps* ot of her husband while drunk, lie found the portrait by his plate one morning, studied it, put it in his breast pocket, and lias not been drunk since. The White Ribbon is the only paper in the colony started, owned, edited, managed, and published by women.
