A Parson m course of Ms travels meetings many people who do not go to Church and an amazing lack of originality m the excuses they offer. There are the six standard excuses which occur with monotonous regularity. Here they are applied m another connection: I ' never go to the pictures now-a-days • — — . My Parents made me go when I was a boy. No-one at the pictures ever talks to me. Every time I go someone asks me for money. The manager never visits me m my own home. .
