NEW MISSION HOUSE AT GISBORNE
On Thursday, June 3rd, the new Mission House, which has been built at Manutuke, near Gisborne, on the site of the older building which was destroyed by fire last year, was dedicated by Canon Hall, assisted by Canon Williams and the Rev. H. Speight. The large gathering of friends of the Mission who assembled for the service, formed a ring of prayer round the building, while the clergy went from room to room to dedicate each part of the house. At the conclusion of the ceremony Miss Hopley and Miss Taylor entertained the company to afternoon tea.
