SCHEME OF DAILY INTERCESSION FOR THE CHURCH.
Pray — On Sunday. For Christ's Holy Catholic Church throughout the world: For the Restoration of Unity, For growth m Holiness, For purity of Doctrine, For its extension into all lands. On Monday. For Bishops, Clergy, and Lay- workers: Especially for our own Bishop, For the Clergy of this Parish, For all who work for God m this place. On Tuesday. For Foreign Missions: Especially those which have a peculiar claim upon us, That God would give them all things needful for their spirtual welfare. On Wednesday. For all who are living m sin and neglect God: For their conversion, For their building up m the Faith. On Thursday. For all Christ's Faithful People: For their consistency of life, For their growth m faith, m hope, m love, • For the conversion of others by their means.
On Friday: For all m sorrow or affliction: v Of mind, body, or estate, For their sanctification through suffering, For a happy issue out of their afflictions. On Saturday. For Schools and all other Parochial Organisations: That they may promote God's glory, And the good of men. , And when ye pray, say — Our Father, Which art m heaven, Hallowed be Thy Name. Thy Kingdom come. Thy will be done, m earth as it is m heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, As we forgive them that trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation; But deliver us from evil. For -Thine is the kingdom, The power, and the glory, For ever and ever. Amen.
