The Healing Mission.

On the invitation of the Bishop, representative ministers of the Nonconformist congregations met the Bishop and the Anglican clergy m St. Matthew's Schoolroom, Hastings, on July 16th. The Bishop explained the nature and objects of the Mission of Healing and. invited the co-operation of the Nonconformist ministers m preparing and presenting members of their denominations for the laying-on of hands. Some of those present whole-hearted-ly accepted the invtiation, whilst others promised to refer it to. their ' ' sessions. ' ' The Nonconformist ministers will be supplied with literature for distribution and will organise their own meetings for intercession. It has been found necessary to postpone the Mission of Healing m Napier till October 29th. The Mission will begin m Gisborne on October 15th as previously announced. Canon A. F.
