Wanted—More Young Blood.
A contributor to the "Challenge" has recently worked out the following averages of age of the members of the House of Convocation of Canterbury: The average.age of the Bishops is 64.8. In the lower House of Convocation the average age is 64.6. Fifty members'out of the 185 who compose it ■ are over 70 years of. age; some of them over 80. He asks how it is possible for. an assembly of old: men to deal with the complex problems that constantly arise m these stirring times. ■ •••*•
