We have, thank God, made beginnings, we have improved a little, but the volume of prayer, the stream of offerings, the roll of volunteers, the heart-whole acceptance of the responsibility by the rank and file and by ourselves ; —for these the cause and the Master wait.— Bishop of Winchester.
