Our 72nd Competition.
We offer . a prize of £1 is. for the design adjudged the best for a TENNIS PAVILION an ideal pavilion for a club with about fifty members. The total floor area of the building is not to exceed 1000 square feet. No limit is made in respect to cost, but the elevations are to show refinement and restraint. Drawings required:Floor plan or plans, three elevations, one section-all to scale of -inch to i foot. Do not shade drawings nor use a wash of any kind. Mr. Leslie D. Coombs, A.R.1.8.A., of Dunedin, has kindly set this subject. Designs must be sent in finished as above under a nom-de-plume, addressed to the Editor “ N.Z. Building Progress,” 22, Wingfield Street, Wellington, and clearly marked “ Seventy-second ” Competition on outside, with a covering letter giving competitor’s name, and address of employer. Designs must be sent in by March 27th, 1021.
