The second will have provision for boot-making, tailoring, cigarettemaking, hairdressing, plaster-cast and a' photographic studio. The third will contain carpentry and basket-making shops. The foutrh structure will comprise black-smithing, welding, painting, and enameling shops. The approximate cost of the four buildings is £3OOO.
