The Kissel Kar

The Kissel Ear is comparatively unknown in New Zealand, but where it has been introduced it has given the greatest satisfaction. It is powerful and noiseless, and for workmanship and finish ranks with the best English and Continental cars. The Kissel Motor Car Co. is an old-established firm, having been engaged for many years in the manufacture of commercial vehicles. Only one of these commercial vehicles has come to New Zealand so far, and it has been pronounced by those qualified to judge to be superior for New Zealand requirements to any commercial vehicle of English or Continental manufacture that has been introduced

here. The truck in question is running in Auckland, and the agents D. S. C. and Cousins and Cousins, Ltd., will be pleased to exhibit same to interested parties. The Kissel Company make a large range of models—Touring cars in 30, 40, 50, and 60 h.p. ; commercial vehicles in six sizes, from 1500 lbs. to 5 tons. Mr. I. J. Cousins recently toured round the backblocks on a 40-h.p. model, and covered over 1250 miles without a trouble, and did the whole journey practically on top gear. This car is claimed to be the quietest running and best-finished American car yet introduced into New Zealand.
