Wis water pipe supplying the power. V is the valve by which the water is turned on and off. S is suction pipe with couplings C, to which the flexible hose Fis attached when operating. Tis the trap through Which the dust is discharged into the sewer. The nozzle is passed over the carpet and the dust is sucked direct into the drain. No Machinery or moving parts required.
