August, 1911. l/= Designs to be drawn about half as large again as it is intended they should be reproduced, and sent in not later than July 10th, marked clearly n Cover Design Competition." with name and full address on separate piece of paper. The designs will be submitted to a competent judge whose decision shall be final.
