At Lower Mutt additions and alterations, etc., to stable, new men’s quarters, etc., at Iveewayden. on the Western Hutt Road for Mr. W. Brown. Mr. Natusch lias plans in hand for two more houses in this popular quarter. Messrs. TURNBULL & SONS report:—Plans are being prepared by above on vacant section of ground for a factory immediately to the rear of Messrs. Tonics’ promises, fronting on Webb Street. The plans provide for building area of 100 ft. x 100 ft., half of which (100 ft. x ■loft.) will be erected as a three-floor building, the remaining half one story only. The building will be constructed in brick, wood, and steel, and will have all the necessary accessories. The entrance will be cither from Arlington Street or Webb Street, made possible by a cartway connecting these two thoroughfares. Also a residence in -timber, constructed in Arlington Street, comprising .12 rooms, and another residence in the same, style and similar accommodation in Tinakori Road. Each of these residences will cost approximately £IBOO. Two semi-detached wood houses in Tinakori Road, each of which has accommodation of 0 rooms, and costing approximately £BOO. Also instructions to prepare contract plans and specifications for a 12-roomed house off Wellington Terrace. Tenders to bo called.
