Rewards. . The sum of L 5 has been awarded from the Police Reward Fund to Sergeant Thomas Neil, in acknowledgment of zeal and ability displayed in the arrest and prosecution of Peter Fotheringham, sentenced at the last sitting of the Supreme Court, Dunedin, to one year’s labor for larceny from an hotel, and to four years’ labor for breaking into a counting-house and stealing therefrom.

The sum of L 3 has been awarded from the Police Rewerd Fund to Constable George Wohlmann, in acknowledgment of zeal]displayed, in the pursuit and arrest of Albert Henry Lee, sentenced to three months’ labor for stealing from a dwelling.
