INSPECTORS OF SLAUGHTER-HOUSES APPOINTED

Superintendent’s Office, Dunedin, Ist April, 1863.

His Honor the Superintendent directs it to he notified, that in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him, he has appointed the several members of the Police Force of the Province of Otago . hereinafter named, to be Inspectors of Slaughter-houses, and of Cattle intended for slaughter, within the respective Slaughter-house Districts set before their names:—

Dunedin Louis Julius Weidner. Tuapeka —Simon Johnson, and Elijah Mee,

Dunstan— Francis Porter, and John Swaine,

Mount Benger —John Garvey. Oamaru Gilbert Percy, Frank Rochford O’Brien, and John Ryan. vWakatipu — John Emerson, and William Irwin.
