HOW YOU MAY HELP | The writer of historical notes relating to the Church in New Zealand, now appearing in the Tablet , tenders his thanks to a number, : of thoughtful friends who have forwarded , photographs of some of the priests who \ labored with such zeal and devotion in the early days of colonisation and of others of- . later though no less strenuous date. A valuable service has thus been rendered —a service .which will earn the lasting gratitude of future generations. Others still may help in this direction, and photographs of . priests and old-time church buildings, also newspaper cuttings, writings',' ; etc., will be gratefully accepted. These will 3 be used in the best possible way in compiling reliable records, and carefully returned to, the senders.
