St. Vincent’s Orphanage, South Dunedin

In connection with Mr. A. F. Quelch’s visit to Milton, tho following committee have been ' appointed to cooperate with the Children of Mary Stall, 'South Dunedin, at the forthcoming fair in aid of the building fund: Misses Mary Grealish and Katie Curran’; Messrs. P. Curran, R. Grealish, M. Kreft, T. Quill, and Wm. Kirby. It was also arranged that a regular system be adopted to forward at intervals to the Orphanage, fruit, vegetables, butter, eggs, etc,, and that a ladies’ guild be formed to make from clothes offered, some suitable garments for the orphans. In this way it is trusted that Milton will do its share to assist the good Sisters in their noble work of providing for the orphans of the diocese.
