Sinn Fein refuses to rebel. It has organised ~ itself as a national government, but it will not rebel. Though there have been some deplorable political outrages thev have not been the work of Sinn Fein, and even to-dav when the right of the English Government to rule is categorically denied, Ireland is still freer from crime than any other part of the British Isles.
