Speaking at a luncheon at the National Liberal Club, Mr. T. P. O'Connor said the state of affairs in. For their repute in the world as a nation not of 'Pharisaic pretences, but of genuine, honest, and consistent political morality, the British people must promptly transform the whole situation in Ireland.
