(From our own correspondent.) - ■ : ‘ ‘ April 15. .A largely attended meeting of the Catholic congregation was held in St. Patrick’s Hall after devotions on last Sunday evening, with the object of reviving interest in St. Patrick’s Club. The Rev. Father Peoples, S.M., who presided, gave a very interesting and instructive address on the aims and objects of a good Catholic club. Incidentally he ■ referred to the prominent part taken in club affairs by the retiring president, Mr. Maurice Leonard. An executive was then formed, and Rev. Father Stewart, S.M., was appointed supervisor and chaplain of the club; with Mr. John Daly as president and Mr. Owen Craighead secretary.
