BOWLING.—On October 3, 1916, at Te Awamutu, William, dearly beloved husband of Annie Margaret' Bowling ; aged 43 years (late of Ashburton and Hampden). Fortified by the rites of the Church.—R.l.P. O’DOWD. —At St. Bathans (suddenly), Bridget, the beloved wife of Thomas O’Dowd; born Enniscorthy, County Wexford, Ireland; aged 73 years; deeply regretted. —R.l.P. Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on her soul.
