MUSICAL EXAMINATIONS

NEW PLYMOUTH. The following pupils of Miss Ha Bernadette Henderson, A.T.C.L., were successful this year: "Associated Board of the R.C.M. and R.A.M. (practical):—Lower Division—Nellie Harvey, 102. Elementary Division—Oswald McHardy, 120; Percy Blane, 120; Doris Loveridge, 110. Primary Division— Myra Johnson, 121; Eileen Johnson, 115 : Edith Lynch, 113; Edwin Golding, 112; May Smart, 105. At the theoretical examinations, held in connection with Trinity College in June last, the following were successful:—Preparatory—Myra Johnson, 100 (distinction); Edith Lynch, • 100 (distinction); Percy Blane, 100 (distinction): Dons Loveridge, 99 (distinction); Emma Martin, 94 (distinction) ; Eileen Johnson, 88 (distinction).
