Lord Stafford, who took his seat in the House of Lords recently, has not been in any hurry to exercise his privilege as a hereditary legislator. It is twenty-one years now since he succeeded to the title on the death of his brother. His Lordship, who is in his eightieth year, is a Catholic. -
