Crean being ; in the chair. ; The secretary, Mr. F. J. Lowson, read the annual report? ; This showed that the club had not received the support which it should receive from the young men of the parish. r . * During Easter week the annual conference of the Goldfields Catholic Clubs was held at Thames. -During the visit of the delegates, who r came from Waihi, Karangahake, Hamilton,-Thames, a debate was held the Hamilton representatives * being declared the' winners. Mr, J. Dwyer and Mr. A. E. Coakley were appointed reporters. During:: the year. the club has
