RATES OF PAYMENT ABROAD By adopting -the system of payment of Members of Parliament Great Britain (says the Daily Chronicle) comes into line with all her Overseas Dominions and all the other,, great countries except Italy and Spain. It may also be noted that we revert to our old custom in paying our legislators for their services.
