THE BISHOP OF AUCKLAND

The Right Rev. Dr. Cleary, Bishop of Auckland, writing from Wexford on August 13, a week before his consecration, states that he expected to leave for Rome about the end of September or the beginning of October. He leaves Rome for New Zealand about the second week in November, and will probably spend a few days in Dunedin on his way to Auckland. He has had a very pleasant holiday in Ireland, and is in the enjoyment of splendid health. The Rev. Father Dclany spent a week with him early in August, and left for a few days’ stay in Limerick, but was to return to Enniscorthy for the consecration of the Right Rev. Dr. Cleary.
