In thanking all who rendered sympathy and assistance to the priests of Lismore in connection with the death of Bishop Doyle, Very Rev. Dean Quinn said : 'It is a great consolation to see the respect and esteem and goodwill of the other denominations, and the civic bodies of tho district for our late Bishop, and on behalf of the priests and Catholic people of the diocese, I desire to return them my most sincere thanks from the - pulpit of this Cathedral, which will stand as a monument for the Bishop in this city and district.'
