Sheep. — 1838 penned, ewes forming a large propertion of these. Best sorts were nrnier, but medium kinds were a trifle less than last week. Best wethers, 18s 1 6d to 19s 6d ; extra, 23s 9d ; medium, 15s to 17s 6d ; inferior, 14s 3d to 14s Sd ; best ewes, 16s to 17& 8d ; extra, 19s 6d ; medium, 12s to 15s 6d ; inferior, 11s to 12s.

Cattle.— There was a big yarding of 233> a fair proportion of thase being fair quality bullocks. Owing to the large yarding there was .no advance cm last week's prices.
