Mr. Osborne's recitation was given with much dramatic power and clear enunciation, but the subject was scarcely suitable for tne occasion. The accompaniments during the evening were played by Mrs. J. Woods and Mr. A. Vallis.- The concert on' the whole Was a very fine one, and the committee- anS all concerned in the arrangement of the programme are to be congratulated -on the s-ucoess of their efforts.
