The Otekaike .Settlement, North Otago, will be open for selection on renewal lease at the District Lands Office, Dunedin, and at the Courthouse, o?maru, on Feb. ruary 3. The Settlement is "subdivided into- 19 allot- " merits in sizes to suit all classes. Preference will be * given over 15 allotments to married applicants 1 -with families, and over -14 aUotnunts to landless {tprlicrrits who have been twice unsuccessful at Government land ballots within the 'nrevions jwo years.
