Our contemporary did not institute a comparison between Donegal and the whole of England ; its object apparently was to show that serious crime! committed in Ji-ngland got very little notice from the leading journals of that country, whilst minor offences in Ireland were by some of %fi2Stfifis&SsgZ£* dealt with in leading articles
