London, May 12.— -The wool sales are very firm, at latest rates, and there is very keen bidding. The following were the average prices for the fleece portions of the clips named :— Puketoi ll^d, Teviotdale 13fd. One hundred and thirteon thousand nine hundred and thirty-five bales have Ween catalogued to date, and 103,075 sold. Messrs. Stronach, Morris, and Co.- report :— Rabtoitskins.— We offered a fair-sized catalogue on ■ Monday, when the demand was keen, and prices all round showed a rise of id to Id per ft. We _ sold' early winters to 15Jd, autumns to 14d, spring' l^ucks to ltffd, spring does" to 7 Ad, summers to 9£d, and small to &UHorse hair maide from 16i'd 1o 182 d. Sbeepsikjiras.— We offered a large catalogue -on Tuestday, 'when prices were on a par with last quotations. Hides. —No sale since last report. Tallow and Fat. — The., market continues firm at late •quotations.
