WOOL.
Rabbitskins.— -We offered a large catalogue at our sale on Tuesday to the usual buyers, competition being good and prictfj well maintained. Winters (mixed) brought up to 19£ d, winter does 20id, and blacks 34d. Sheepskins.— We submitted a large catalogue on Tuesday to a full attendance of buyers, and prices were again very high, being quite up to last week's. We recommend consignments at present, and are confident that returns would give great satisfaction. Hides.— We submitted a catalogue of 287 at our sale on Thursday last, and had a satisfactory sale, prices being a shade better than those ruling at the previous sale. We obtained up to 6£d for ox, and up to 4fd for cow hides.
Tallow and Fat.— There is no change to report in this market, all coming forward being readily disposed cf at the following prices,: Best rendered tallow, 18s to 20s per cwt. ; medium to good, 15s to 17s 6d per cwt. ; inferior tallow, 12s to 13s 6d per cwt ; best caul fat, 14s to 15s ; rough fat, 12s to 14s per cwt.
