Mr C. Fottrell, sacristan, St. Joseph's Cathedral, has had just completed to his order by a well known artist, a bromide colored enlargement of the latest portrait of his Holiness Pius X. The picture is said to be a very faithful likeness, and, being beautifully framed m rosewood and gold, is a work of art which will meet with ready sale. It is Mr. Fottrell's intention to solicit orders for this very fine picture, and there is every reason to believe that his enterprise will meet with the success that it deserves... The European Hotel, George street, Dunedin, of 1 -hirh Mr. W. F.
