DUNEDIN HORSE SALEYARDS. Messrs. Wright, Stephenson, and Co. report as follows :—: — Nine draughts and 17 hacks and harness horses constituted the supply for this week's sale. For the draughts there was a very keen demand, and all of them changed hands as follows : Powerful bay gelding, seven years (shafter), £62 ; do, six years, £60 ; active tipcart gelding, four years, £59 ; nuggety cart gelding, eight years, £56 ; very powerful lorry horse, aged, £515 ; aged draught mare, £36 ; aged draught gelding, £30 ; light draught gelding, aged, £29 ; very small aged mare, £25. The light horses offered were a very poor lot, and about one dozen of them changed hands at from £7 10s to £12.
