The following: is from the Wellington Evening Post :— One of the largest and most impotant transactions in hotel properties in this city for some time past haa been effected by Meßsrß Dwan Bros., of Willis street, Wellington, in the Bale of Searl's Hotel, Lambtoa quay, to Mr Frank M'P.irland.
