It has been stated by the offt -er in charge of the Ekctrio Tramway Company's Works that the large buni £175,000 will be spent by the company in Auckland. Father's stay in the city he had bten in iroifrc rent health, so much BO that he couldn't attend the annual retnat for the clergy for which he specially ca-ne up. Owing; to ihe good medical treatment received Father 0 Connor has gone Lome much improved in health.
