SACRED HEART CONVENT HIGH SCHOOL.

The annual prize distribution, breaking-up entertainment, and exhibition of art, fancy and plain needlework, in co inaction with the Sacred Heart High School, Uarbadoes street, were held on Thursday afternoon last in the presence of a very Ltrge of parents and friends. His Grace Archbishop Rolwood. his Lordship the Right Rev. Dr. Grimes were in attendance, and were i.ccompanied by the Very Rev. Vicar-General. Very Rv. Pean fr'olty, Rev. Fathers Marnane, Hyland, Galerne, McDonnell and O Connor. His Gra<e the Aichbishop and his Lord.hip Bishop Grimes »-acli took part in the pr.ze distribution, and ppoko m complimentary terms of the excellence of the entertainment provided, and expressed very gnat appreciation of the good work performed by the devoted and concluded by heartily wishing the t> achers, pupils, and all present every joy and h ippmt'bs of til.- testivt- season.
