Messrs. O'Meara and Co., auctioneers, Gore, will hold an important sale of private and hotel freehold properties at their mart' on December 23. The sale will be without reserve, as it is for the purpose of closing tru'-t accounts in the estate of the late Mr. Thomas Mulvey. Among the properties to be submitted will be the well-known hostelry, the Provincial Hotel, East Gore. The lease of this property expires on the 31st inst., so that the purchaser will be able to take possession immediately. Very easy terms for payment can be arranged. .
