The Grain Brokers' Association report that oats have had a better inquiry during the past few days, and a more hopeful feeling exists, but without any change in price. A grade sells at Is 6d to Is 6£d ; B grade, Is sjd ; C grade, Is 4£d (f.o.b. Bluff, Backs in).
