Wheat — Market unchanged. Prime milling velvet, 2s 4d to 2s Gd ; Tuscan, etc., 2a 3d to 2s r>d ; fowl wheat, Is 8d to 2s per bubhel (Racks in). Oats — There has been a Btrong demand during the week, but no difference in prices to report. Prime milling and seed lines, Is 4 id to Is fid ; good to best feed, Is 3}d to Is 4Jd ; medium, Is 2d to Is 3d per but-hel (sacks extra). Chaff — Market shows no alteration. Prime oaten sheaf, L 2 7s 6d to L 2 10s : medium, L 2 to L 2 5s per ton (bags extra). Potatoes — Market slightly lower. Best Derwents, 30s to 32s 6d per ton (bags in).

Messrs. Donald Reid and Co. report as follows :—: — Oats — We catalogued a pood selection of medium to prime feed oats. There was a considerable number of buyers in attendance, and under fair competition the bulk of the catalogue was cleared at prices on a par with late quotations, preference being given to lote

of prime heavy short oats suitable for export. We have also strong inquiry for clean seed Tartars and choice milling Sutherlande. We quote : Seed lines, Is od to Is 6d ; prime milling, la 4£d to Is 5Jd ; good to bept feed, Is 3^d to Is 4|d; medium, Is 2d to Is 3d per bushel (sacks extra).

Wheat — The market for milling quality remains steady at late values, prime samples being preferred. Medium sorts are not in strong demand, and fowl wheat is in fair request at late quota' ions. We quote : Prime milling velvet, 2s Id to 2s Gd ; do Tu&can, 2s 3d to 23 od ; medium to good, 2s Id to 2s 2 Jd ; fowl wheat, whole. Is lid to 2s ; broken and damaged, Is 6d to Is 9d per bushel (sacks in).

Potatoes — The market continues to be well supplied, and prices are unchanged. We bold best DerwenU at ',)0a to i'2a 6d , medium to good, 27s 6d to 30s per ton (sacks in).

Chaff — There is still a fair stock on hand, aud pi icon sho .v no improvement on late quotations. The demand is chiefly confined to prime quality, other sorts being little sought alter. We quote' Prime oaten sheaf, L27sGd to L 2 10s ; fair to good, L 2 to L2ss ; medium and light, Ll 10 B to Ll 17s Gd ; inferior, Ijl 5s to Ll 10s per ton (sacks extra).
