Bir, — I beg leave to state for the benefit of your readers thai I, tcgether with all the Arrow people whom I have since met, am astonished at the statements contained in that " Correction" whici appeared in your last i6sua. Surely no Arrow person could have produced it, as he should have been batter informeJ, or else he intended to mislead tha public. I am quite sa'isfisd all Arrow people see things otherwise, and I am confident tbey would wish that an abler pen than mine would throw further light on this important subject.
