Thursday, 31st — Octave Corpus Christi Friday, June Ist— FEAST of SACRED HEART. Saturday, 2nd — St Kugenius T, Pope, confessor. The month of June is specially dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jeeus, Promises made by Our Lord Jesus Christ to the Blessed Margaret Mary, in favour of those who practise devotion to His Sacred Heart :— I— l will give them the graces necessary for their state. 2—l2 — I will give peace to their families, 3—l3 — I will comfort them in all their trials and afflictions. 4—l4 — I will be their secure refuge in life and death. s— l will bestow abundant blessings on all their undertakings6 — Sinners shall find my Heart an ocean of mercy. 7 — Tep d aoul9 shall become fervent. B—Fervent8 — Fervent soula shall advance rapidly towards perfection. 9—l9 — 1 will bless every dwelling in which an image of my Heart shall be exposed and honoured. 10— I will give priests a peculiar facility in converting the most hardened poulf. 11 — The persons who spread this devotion shall have their I names written ia my Heart, never to be effaced.
