Messbs. Wbight, Stephenson and Co. report as follows : — The most of the horses entered for our sale on Saturday were dranghts, and the light horses that ware forward were not of the class for which there wis any inquiry. A very good demand was expeiienced for draughts, and wher« reHßonable prices were asked no difficulty waß experienced in effecting sales, We have had numerous private inquiries during the week foi draughts suitable for town and country work, and if any of our friends aave them for sale we should be obliged if they would communicate with us. We quote — For firstclass draughts (extra heavy), L 25 to L3O ; good ordinary draughts (young), LlB to L 22 ; medium, Ll2 to Ll6; aged, L 6 to LlO ; gocd backs aua harness horses, Ll2 to Ll6: medium, L 7 to L 9 ; ligDt L 2 10s to L 5.
