The advantages accruing from the Co-operative system of supply are too well known to need reiteration, and tbe promoters therefore confidently anticipate that the shares will be promptly taken up. 18. All moneys received by the Treasurer on account of shared taken up in the Company will be paid into the Bank of Australasia to a Trust Account, to bf> opened in the name of the Treasurer, on tbe part of the Association, and a Trustee on behalf of the public, who, if the Company shall not be floated, will return the amounts paid to those who have taken up shares, less amouut of preliminary expenses pro rata. 19. The Share List will close 30th April, 1891. 20. The Provisional Directors' dntiis shall be limited to the formation and registration of the Company and tbe allotment of shares. 21. Articles of Association can be seen at tbe offices of the Interim Secretary and Solicitors. 22. Prospectus Forms can be obtained from the Interim Secretary, Provisional Directors, and the Bankers of the Company.
