The advantages accruing from the Co-operative system of supply are too well known to need reiteration, and tbe promoters therefore confidently anticipate that the shares will be promptly taken up. 18. All moneys received by the Treasurer on iccount of shares taken up in the Company will be paid into the Bank of Australasia to a Trust Account, to be opened in the name of the Treasurer, on the part of the Association, and a Trustee on behalf of the public, who, if the Company shall not be floated, will return the amounts paid to those who have taken up shares, less amount of preliminary expenses pro rota. 19.
