In a book lately published, containing an account of conversations between the Duke of Wellington and Earl Sranhopo from 1831 to 1851, the iollowing passage occurs, in a chapter entitled " On Education and the Decadunci of Kng'and " . — "Take care whit you are about," he (the Duke) said, " for uole^a you base all this (education) on rJigiot jcu v> i oirly making so many clever devils."
