Applications accompanied by a deposit of Is per Share may be forwarded to any of the Brokers of the Company, or to the Bank of New Zealand at any of its branches. In cases where no allotment is made, the deposit will be reamed in f nil ; and when a less number of Shares is allotted than shall have been applied for, the balance of the deposit shall be applied towards the further payment accruing on the Shares which may be allotted. So satisfied are the Tendors of the success of this undertaking that they are prepared to take up a large number of contributing Shares on their own account ; the public, however, will have preference.
