J. H. KILGOUR, grain and produce broker, reports under above date as follows : — Wheat : The market continues about the same as reported last week. Prime milling parcels of white velvet and Tuscan are saleable at 3s 3d to 3s 4d ; other milling descriptions, 2slod to 3s Id : fowl feed is in very short supply, and would fetch 23 6d tj 2s 8i. — Oats: Theie has been a fair dem md dunng the week, but without all* ration in prices. I qu>>te milliner 2s ; bright short feed, Is lid ; ordinary feed. Is 8d to Is 91. — Barley : The market is quiet at 3s to 3s 3d for maltimr, and 2s to 2s Gd for feed and milling. — Chaff . Good quality, well cut, is in demand at £3 per tou ; inferior, £2 5s to £2 10s. — Potato*. s : The market for Derwents has rather impioved, and ±3 15s h now the quotation for good quality. — Butter : Salt is in demand, and the supply very short. Any prime lots would fetch lid. Fresh is in full supply, and recent quotations aie baie'y maintained. — Cheese : 5d per 1b for be^t quality. — Egrgs : My sales have been at B|d to 9 I per dozen.— Gra'-s Seed : There is a good demand fur ryegrass at 4s 9d to 5s for well-dressed parcels off t Id pasture ; cocksfoot, 4^d per lb.
