London, March 25.— A Government drop warrant sheen issued • against William Redmond, member of Parliament for Wexford borough, for a seditious speech which he delivered prior to his departure for Australia. The Irish Party at a meeting to-day, passed a special vote of thanks to the Redmond brothers for their serviced in Australia and America. There are 220 old men and women in the House of the LUtle Bisters of the Poor in Boston. The terms of admission to this great charity are helplessness and destitution. There is no distinction of race or creed. Fourteen ladies of the Order devote their lives to the care and support of these poor people. If there is any nobler Christian charity than this we should like to hear of it. — Pilot
